Tschentenalp can be quickly reached, it' s just 1 mile away. I used private parking on site. I loved the fact that I chose steinmattli

The staff at the hotel were all excellent and always very friendly and helpful. The price included a pass for all the local ski lifts and buses which was very useful. The hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable and in a good location.
No choice for food in the evening, and the variety limited, but the quality was good and the price reasonable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with everything within close proximity. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed. Parking was easy in the convenient underground garage directly connected to the hotel. We were actually surprised by the breakfast, with a good variety of choices and enjoyable meals. The staff were really good, always friendly and helpful.

The hotel offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains and even a picturesque waterfall. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with cozy beds and a nice balcony. the bathrooms are clean and equipped with a full-size bath. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the breakfast buffet is delicious, with a great selection of seeds, nuts, fruit, cereals, cheeses. the hotel also offers free bike rentals to explore the beautiful area.
The hotel lacks the modern décor and style that is expected of a 4-star establishment.

The location was perfect, with everything close by. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a comfy bed. Underground parking made it easy to come and go. The breakfast was decent, although it got a bit repetitive after a week. The facilities provided us with everything we needed.
There were a few drawbacks to our stay. The biggest disappointment was that the wellness area came with an additional charge, which wasn't expected.
